Ingredients -
1. Roasted Peanuts - 100 gm
2. Walnuts - 100 gm
3. Almonds - 100 gm
4. Flax seeds - 1 Teaspoon
5. Oats - 50 gm
6. Ashwagandha - 1/2 Teaspoon
7. 4 Cardamom
8. Milk Powder - 4 Teaspoon
How to make it?
To make this powder you will need a mixer. To make it, you put Roasted Peanuts, Walnuts, Almonds, Flax seeds, Oats, Cardamom, Milk Powder, and Ashwagandha in the mixer and then grind it well in the mixer. Grind it till it becomes ready in powder form. When your mixture of these ingredients is ready, then pack it in a box and keep in mind that the box in which the powder is kept can not go out of the air in that box. Because the powder is more open in the outside environment, this powder can get damp.
How to take it?
Mix 2 spoons of this mixture in a glass of milk and consume it. You can include this mixture in your post-workout meal. You can take this mixture with 2 bananas when you return from the gym.
