Today, many people do not take care of their legs. I want to say if you go to the gym then you should do also leg exercises. This makes your personality attractive. Now at this time, I am going to tell you such exercises for your legs that will make your personality better.

Barbell Squats


Barbell squats are among the best exercises for your legs. When done right, they help your body build a huge amount of muscle mass. There are two ways to do Barbell Squats: Front and Back. Both are good for the legs. You have to do four sets of 15-18 reps.



2. Leg press


Leg Press is also the best exercise for your legs If You are doing weight training then you should also do this exercise. The leg press is a valuable training tool but only if you use it as an assistance exercise instead of being the mainstay of your lower body training. You have to do 4 sets of  12-15 reps.



3. Stationary lunges
 


Stationary lunges are one of my favorite exercises, I can do it wherever whenever. Stationary lungs are highly effective for those who lead a predominantly sedentary lifestyle. The stationary lunges are also working at strengthening your core muscles. Stationary lunges are great for strength training like squats. You have to do 3 sets of 16 reps.



4. Dead Lift


The most important and best workout among these exercises is the deadlift. It helps to grow your lower body very fast. It also increases your stamina. It trains your posterior chain deadlift and helps burn more calories. So Just you have to do this It's all in set up, retract the scapula, chest high, contract the core, and explode off the ground driving the hips forward. This corrects many of the common mistakes I observe. You have to do 4 sets of 16-18 reps.



5. Seated Leg Extension
 


Leg extensions have many benefits, including strengthening the ligaments and muscles around the quads, including the patellar ligament. Unlike other exercises, leg curls isolate your hamstring muscles, allowing you to strengthen the knee and hip joints in unison. To do this, sit on the leg extension machine with your legs under the pads and hold onto the sidebars. Extend your legs by contracting your quads. Slowly return to the starting position. You have to do four sets of 12-15 reps.
