Apart from this, your lunch miles should be absolutely balanced or not much less. For lunch, you can eat rice and gram or chickpeas with chapatis. Also, eat curd during lunch. Along with this, you can also eat chicken breast or fish instead of gram and chickpeas. Avoid drinking water right after eating. Half an hour after lunch drink 1-2 glasses of water.

 

3. Evening Snack -

 

Now it comes to what to eat if you are hungry in the evening. In the evening snacks, you can have green tea or coffee. Remember that tea or coffee should be sugar-free. You can make sandwiches with it as we said earlier, the sandwich should not be made of flour. Apart from this, you can eat peanuts or roasted chickpeas. Remember that peanuts or roasted chickpeas do not contain salt. And you can also eat nuts.

 

4. Dinner -

 

So let's talk about dinner. You can drink water half an hour before dinner. Dinner should be your lighter. For dinner, you can eat any green vegetable with chapatis. Remember that if you want to eat 4 chapatis, then eat 3 chapatis instead. You can also eat gram-rice or khichdi or soup instead of this meal. Avoid drinking water right after eating. After 1 hour you can drink water. After dinner, go for a walk. And before sleeping, you drink turmeric and black pepper mixed with milk.
