  • Do too much Cardio

Cardio makes our body flexible and fit. It also helps in reducing our weight. But with the help of cardio, we can reduce weight only when we follow the instructions of our trainer properly. Some people do too much cardio than prescribed exercises in the process of weight loss. We do not lose weight due to too much cardio. That is why always follow the instructions of your trainer and avoid doing more cardio.

  • Not consuming the right amount of protein

Protein is helpful in both increasing and decreasing our body weight. If you want to lose weight, follow Proper Diet and eat properly prescribed protein.

  • Not patient enough

Now finally, if you are following all the rules to lose weight, then you should be patient. Rather, you are following all the rules for increasing weight and eating a good diet, even then it also requires patience. Because nothing gives quick results, be patient about this.
