Every person loves to have abs whether it is women or men and nowadays 6 6-pack abs and 8-packs are very popular amongst the youth, especially boys. Abs are the thing that makes us look more sexy attractive and fit too, everyone loves to flaunt his 6 or 8-pack abs. Nowadays most of our Bollywood heroes have 6-pack or 8-pack abs and the youth always wants to copy their favorite stars so they also want 6 pack or 8-pack on their body that looks sexy and attractive, but building abs is not easy to build good looking its a combination of hard work, patience, a proper and healthy diet along with that regular exercise.

- Dry fruits are healthy fats that are very good for our body.
- Apple contains antioxidant polyphenols which help to prevent your body from storing fat.
- Green tea helps to increase our metabolism and also helps to reduce belly fat.
- Oats provide a lot of protein to our body and they are good for health.
